MARKHAM, Ontario - May 21, 2002 - The world's number one

NASDAQ:ATYT), today announced that its Mobility™ Radeon®
7500 graphics processor with 64 MB DDR RAM has been selected
by WinBook Corporation for the new WinBook J4 notebook PC.
